This is a demonstration store built to show CrawlBrain search. Products, prices and offers are examples and orders are not fulfilled.
Data we collect
- Account and order details: name, email, phone, billing and delivery address.
- Payment details, processed by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and install your orders.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and warranty claims.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To send offers, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and login working. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.
Search on this site
The site search is provided by CrawlBrain. The questions you type are processed to return results and answers, and are stored without your name to improve search quality.
Sharing
We share data only with the services needed to run the store: payment provider, delivery and installation partners, email and hosting providers. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Contact form messages are deleted after 2 years. Accounts can be closed at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to marketing, by writing to contact@electric-store.crawlbrain.com. We reply within 30 days.
